| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/07/2018 10:40:47 | Music Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, along with the limited review reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon. Further, in the said meeting the Board will also consider the proposal of buyback of shares.
Pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders (“Code”), the “Trading Window” for dealing in security of the Company will remain closed from July 14, 2018 to July 26, 2018 (‘both days inclusive’).
As per the aforesaid Code, none of the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees/Specified Persons as defined in the Code are allowed to deal in the security of the Company, directly or indirectly during the prohibited period.
