Further vide notice dated 26/5/2018 to the stock exchanges, a meeting was held today (30.5.18) of the (IRP) and the Members of Board of Directors (powers suspended) of the Company. (DETAILED NOTE ENCLOSED)
In response to an intimation sent to all the Directors on 29/5/2018 about the meeting, 6 directors out of the total 8 expressed their inability to attend due to pre occupation and short notice and requested that the meeting be held at a later date. The Auditors also could not be present as the concerned partner was travelling. In the meanwhile, the Company is compiling the details in respect of its financial statements for review of the IRP.
Hence, the item for considering and approving the Audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2018 and other related items related to this could not be considered and a meeting to consider the above is tentatively rescheduled for 3.30 PM 9th June 2018 in Chennai. |
