Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs /Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company from 04th November, 2018 to 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders.
