1. Increasing the investment limit of Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPls) upto the sectoral cap/Statutory ceiling of 100% of the paid-up capital of the Company.
2. Increasing the investment limit of Non-Resident Indians upto 24% of the paid-up capital of the Company.
The above shall be subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing meeting and other regulatory approvals/intimations. |
