In this context, it is submitted that the word 'Sunday' appearing in the last line of para 2 should be read as 'Monday'.
Thus please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. from Saturday i.e. October 20, 2018 till Monday, November 5 , 2018 both days inclusive.
