This has reference to our letter dated 13th June, 2018, informing about adjournment of Board meeting scheduled to be held on 13-06-18 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the FY ended 31-03-18 owing to the winding up order as passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta.
The said winding-up order now been recalled vide order dated 21.06.2018 of Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta, a Board meeting is scheduled to be held on 30-06-18 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the FY ended 31-03-18 and to consider Voluntary delisting of the Equity shares from the CSE.
