Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Somany Ceramics Limited, the trading window shall be closed w.e.f. 14th May, 2018.
The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 to be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on 24th May, 2018.
