1. The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
2. The declaration of Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before September 05, 2018.
