Further, in compliance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 9th May, 2018 to 20th May, 2018 (both days inclusive), in connection with the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018, for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
