1. Appointment of Mr. N.L. Nama as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from May 11, 2018. The terms of appointment is as per the service conditions applicable to the employees of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. N.L. Nama, as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 with effect from May 11, 2018.
