In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (hereinafter referred to as the Code on Conduct), the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, November 06, 2018 to Friday, November 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
