In the aforesaid meeting, the Board will also consider the recommendation of final Dividend, if any, for the FY 2017-18.
Further, in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company for insiders of the Company remain closed from 21st May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
