In continuation of our letter ref. no. AFL/SS/SE/33/2018-2019 dated 27th September, 2018, we have received the final approval from BSE / NSE relating to change of name of our Company. The name will be changed from Accel Frontline Limited to Inspirisys Solutions Limited and the trading symbol from AFL to ISL respectively w.e.f. 12th October, 2018. The copy of approval letters dated 08th October, 2018 received from NSE/BSE are attached for your reference.
