With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the 5thMeeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC) of the Company was held on Monday, 16 July, 2018, at the registered office of the Company situated at Plot No. 20, Sector - I, Survey No. 64, 4th Floor, HUDA Techno Enclave, Hyderabad - 500 081, Telangana, India.
We give below outcome of the 5th Meeting of the CoC:
1) The latest composition of Committee of Creditors was discussed and noted.
2) The statement of CIRP cost and projected cost was discussed and approved.
3) The Special Audit Report was tabled by the Resolution Professional which was taken note of by the COC.
4) Extension of due date for submission of Resolution Plan was discussed and approved.
Viceroy Hotels Limited (Corporate Debtor) is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) pursuant to an order of the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ('NCLT') dated 12thMarch, 2018.
