1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018.
2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives from April 28, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hrs from the date the said financial results are made public. |
