We are pleased to inform you that, 'DBL Rewa Sidhi Highways Private Limited and DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company) have received the sanction letters to finance their Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects.

Further, the said SPVs have also submitted all the requisite financing documents to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in accordance within the stipulated timelines given in the concession agreement related to the financial closure.

The Company is in advance stage to get the sanction for the remaining HAM projects to achieve the financial closure as per the Concession agreement.
