1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018 and recommendation of Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the aforementioned business item on May 26, 2018.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 10, 2018 to May 28, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
