Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We wish to inform you that next Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, 03rd November, 2018 at Ten11, Room No 609-613, Near Union Bank of India, C G Road, Ahmedabad-380006 at 11.30 a.m.to take on record, inter alia, the following :
1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018.
2. Sub-Division of equity shares of the company. This proposal will be subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Further as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from 18th October, 2018 to closing of the business hour on 05th November, 2018 (both days inclusive), in connection with the above Board Meeting.
