The Trading window shall remain closed from 23rd May, 2018 to 1st June, 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on 30th May, 2018, for consideration of the Annual Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018.
