| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2018 10:44:19 | Sagar Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, has recommended a further dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (15%) on the 2,04,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the company for the year 2017-18 for approval of our shareholders.
In this connection, it may be noted that the company already paid an interim dividend at Rs. 2.50 per equity share (25%) on 16th November, 2017 on the above shares for the year 2017-18. |
