In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. for a new EPC Project Package 12 in the State of Maharashtra.
Further, as per Company''s Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from August 30, 2018 to September 3, 2018 (both day Inclusive). |
