Accordingly, the adjourned meeting of the Board (RP) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will continue to remain closed up to 1 June, 2018.
