After such investment, Balaram Papers Private Limited becomes the wholly owned subsidiary company of Astron Paper & Board Mill Limited subject to share transfer process and all other legal formalities.
The meeting of the Board of Directors was commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 1.45 pm.
