| Exchange Received Time 07/03/2018 17:28:56 Exchange Disseminated Time 07/03/2018 17:29:02 Time Taken 00:00:06 | This is to inform you that pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Master Restructuring Agreement dated June 29, 2016 ('Supplemental MRA') to the Master Restructuring Agreement dated March 30, 2012, the Company has, today, allotted 21,05,600 (Twenty One Lakh Five Thousand Six Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 36,84,800 (Thirty Six Lakh Eighty Four Thousand Eight Hundred) 0.10% Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Class B Preference Shares of face value Rs. 5/- each ('Class B Preference Shares') at par on a preferential basis to Bank of Baroda upon its accession to Supplemental MRA on March 2, 2017.
Request you to note that the allotment of equity shares is subject to the lock-in requirements as stated in Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.
