This is further to our disclosure made on 13th February, 2018 with reference to setting up a plant for manufacture of surfactants / specialty chemicals at Andhra Pradesh, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has approved the following:
i)Investment requirement for the above mentioned plant: Rs.7,000 Lakhs
ii)Mode of financing: The funding will be a mix of internal accruals and term loan.
You are requested to take on record the above mentioned information as disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
