1. recommended a final dividend of Rs. 7/- (Rupees Seven only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. approved 31st August, 2018 as the date of 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. fixed 24th August, 2018 as the record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 4th September, 2018.
