Further, pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosures & Conduct (''the Code'') of the Company for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from April 24, 2018 to May 02, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on May 03, 2018. |
