| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/04/2018 13:31:54 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018;
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018; and
3. To recommend payment of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
Further to the letter dated March 14, 2018, as per the "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Conduct"), the trading window of the Company which has been closed since March 19, 2018, for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018, shall remain closed upto May 12, 2018 (both days inclusive).
The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct. |
