He is not related to any Director of the Company.
Further, Mr. Manu Ahuja, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr. Umesh Sharma, Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Abhishek Mishra, Company Secretary are hereby severally authorised to decide the materiality of events and information for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges. |
