It is hereby intimate you that Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Monday, 17th September, 2018 as the Cut-Off date for determining the shareholders eligible for dividend on equity shares and for casting of E-vote at AGM/on Resolution, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company for the financial year 2017-18.
