In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2 May, 2018, to inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March, 2018.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the 'VISA Steel Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees covered under the Code from the close of business hours of 24 April, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges(s).
