In compliance with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has reached a settlement/ restructuring of its debts of State Bank of India (SBI) and Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) with Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (VII Trust) which had taken over the debts from the Banks.
This is hereby a disclosure under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the above settlement/ restructuring can be treated as material under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
