On 9th May 2018 the Company had intimated the BSE about temporary suspension of manufacturing at its factory at Solapur due to steep increase in input costs, obsolete plant and machinery, adverse market conditions and acute shortage of labour. In this regard we wish to intimate you that the Company has permanently closed down its factory at Solapur and has stopped production.
