Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
Kindly note that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter 31st March, 2018 for the Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives, from Friday, 8th June, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
