1. To consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
2. To recommend dividend, if any on Equity Shares for the financial year 2017-2018.
In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from April 24, 2018 to the date of board meeting i.e. May 03, 2018 and 48 hours thereafter, for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel and other connected persons of the Company and the Trading Window will reopen on May 06, 2018. |
