Further, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Listing Regulations 2015, the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2017-18 will be filed with the Exchange after it is adopted by the shareholders in the 53rd AGM.
In accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, August 20, 2018 to Thursday, August 23, 2018 (both days inclusive).
