1. Consideration and Approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Audit Report(s) for the Last Quarter ended March 31, 2018;
2. Consideration and Approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Auditor Report(s) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018;
3. To Consider and Recommend the Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018, if any.
Further as per the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading windows for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the code from closure of day on May 14, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the Last Quarter Audited Financial Results and Annual Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 are made public, i.e., on May 24, 2018. |
