| Exchange Received Time 20/07/2018 13:46:42 Exchange Disseminated Time 20/07/2018 13:46:49 Time Taken 00:00:07 | We refer to your email dated July 18, 2018 for above captioned subject and would like to clarify that the Company has fully paid its outstanding loans with Andhra Bank ('Said Bank') and as on date there is no outstanding with the said bank.
The said Bank had filed a petition in National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') under The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for repayment of its dues. The Company had negotiated with the said Bank for One Time Settlement and have fully repaid the principal and interest amount thereon.
Any other petition filed are being resolved in the similar manner.
In the matter of Guruashish Construction Private limited (wholly owned subsidiary Company) a resolution plan has been approved by Committee of Creditor and Resolution Professional has submitted the said plan to NCLT for its approval.
