| Exchange Received Time 05/04/2018 16:46:55 Exchange Disseminated Time 05/04/2018 16:47:01 Time Taken 00:00:06 | This is to inform that the Company has conducted the Postal Ballot pursuant to Section 110 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 for obtaining Shareholder's approval for (i) Splitting of Company's equity shares of Rs 2/- each into 2 (two) equity shares of Rs 1/- each; (ii) To amend the Capital Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, as detailed in the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 13, 2018.
The relevant resolution has been passed by the members by physical ballot papers and e-voting.
In compliance with the requirements under regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the details in the prescribed format along with the Scrutinizer's Report.
