| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/04/2018 20:10:50 | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2018, to consider and approve the following;
1. Annual financial statements as per Companies Act, 2013 and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 as required under Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. Recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018, if any, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from April 30, 2018 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2018. |
