The extract of the said Financial Results was published in the news papers pursuant to Regulation 47(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on 27th May, 2018 in Free Press Journal (English) and in Navshakti (Marathi).
Subsequently. some errors in the said Financial Results were noticed by us. These errors appear to have occured through an oversight. We therefore, submit herewith the revised Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Audit Report dated 26th May, 2018 for the year ended 31st March, 2018 and would request you to please make note of the same.
