| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/05/2018 13:28:16 | Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2018, inter alia:
1. To consider and approve Audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 and
2. To consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from May 11, 2018 to May 20, 2018 or 48 hours after the financial results are disseminated to the stock exchanges (both days inclusive) whichever is later. |
