1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018;
2. To consider and recommend dividend for the financial year 2017-18;
3. To consider the reappointment of Joint Managing Director of the Company.
Further, as per Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from May 10, 2018 to May 20, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
