The same was noted, taken on record and approved by the Board at its meeting held today, 20 July 2018.
She will be relieved from the services of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours of 17 August 2018.
The Company is in search of a suitable candidate and shall inform the appointment of new Company Secretary in due course.
