- Recommendation of final dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 at the rate of Rs. 4.5 per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1 each, out of the profits. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (" AGM"), will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM. |
