The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other required documents is being dispatched to the Members, whose names appeared in the Register of Members & list of Beneficial Owners, received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on 09th February, 2018 (Cut- off date), for seeking approval of the Members on the special resolutions as set out in the said Postal Ballot Notice. The said notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.adorwelding.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com. The voting for / on postal ballot will commence from Thursday, 15th February, 2018 (09:00 am IST) up to Friday, 16th March, 2018 (05:00 pm IST).
