Also note that as per the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016 regarding revised formats for Financial Results and implementation of Indian Accounting Standards ('Ind-AS'), the Ind-AS has become applicable to Company from April 1, 2018 onwards and accordingly, the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 and thereafter will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (as amended from time to time).
