Due to some clerical error which crept in the Outcome submitted earlier, the Company hereby submits the revised outcome for allotment of 4,64,79,452 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each against Equity Shares of Modulex Modular Buildings Private Limited on preferential basis by way of swap to 161 allottees.
