With reference to the subject and in compliance under Regulation 30 (4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015, we would like to inform you that the shareholders in it's meeting held on 8th August, 2018 at 2.30 p.m have approved and passed the following resolutions unanimously :
a) Payment of Remuneration to Mr. Nitin Kedia, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2020.
b) Payment of Remuneration to Mr. Nirmal Kedia, Executive Director of the Company for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2020.
c) Payment of Remuneration to Mr. Nipun Kedia, Executive Director of the Company for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2020.
