2. Independent Audit report along with standalone Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18 together with statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018;
3. Independent Audit report along with consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18, statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31st March, 2018 and statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for audit report with modified opinion).
The aforesaid meeting commenced at 3.15 pm and concluded at 6.00 pm.
